Dr. Shirin Ganjali is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with extensive experience in women's health, preventive care, and personalized wellness. Before co-founding GANO Medical, she served as the Regional Medical Director of Women's Health for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Through years of practice, Dr. Ganjali witnessed a critical gap in care: perimenopause and menopause are often overlooked or managed with limited expertise. Many practices rely on generic, one-size-fits-all protocols. She built GANO Medical to change that - offering highly individualized, evidence-based hormone therapy and wellness care for both women and men, as well as medical weight management and aesthetic treatments designed to help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life. She also offers telemedicine services to provide high-quality, easily accessible remote care to patients.

Dr. Ryan Nolte is a board-certified Vascular Surgeon and co-founder of GANO Medical, with extensive experience in the full spectrum of vascular disease - including arterial and venous disorders, complex vascular reconstructions, and advanced endovascular and minimally invasive procedures.

Driven by a passion to make specialized vascular expertise more accessible, Dr. Nolte has brought advanced vein care, vascular imaging, and minimally invasive vascular treatments into an outpatient setting - helping patients receive world-class, highly specialized care without the delays, complexity, or cost of a hospital system.

Alongside his vascular specialty, Dr. Nolte also offers hormone replacement therapy for men and women, medical weight loss programs, aesthetic treatments, and telemedicine services to support whole-person health and longevity.
