GANO Medical does not accept nor bill insurance. Your insurance can be used for lab tests ordered, and any prescription medications sent to the pharmacy, just like at any other doctor's office.

GANO Medical does not accept private insurance or Medicare. Fees are due at the time of service. Upon request, documentation can be provided to patients for subsequent filing with their respective insurance carriers. Your insurance may be used for lab tests ordered and any prescription medications sent to the pharmacy, just like at any other doctor's office.
For Medicare beneficiaries: We only offer services that are not covered by Medicare, such as cosmetic procedures.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide notice to GANO Medical at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments and appointments canceled or rescheduled less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a $100 no-show fee charged to the payment method on file.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to three (3) times. Attempting to reschedule an appointment more than three (3) times will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment, and you will be charged a $100 no-show fee to the payment method on file.
In the event of a true emergency, GANO Medical may choose to waive the no-show fee on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required. The determination of whether to waive the no-show fee is solely at the discretion of the GANO Medical team.
